Private Coaching - Six 60-minute Zoom Sessions

Our six private coaching sessions will help you figure out what you want to do (as opposed to what you or others think you should do) to change your life. We'll discuss what you like and dislike about your life now and how you want your life to be different in the future. I'll help you identify specific things that would have to change for the life you want to be possible.

We'll talk about what you can do now to make your current life more satisfying and a better future more likely. Then we'll discuss what makes or could make it difficult for you to do those things and ways to overcome those obstacles.

I know how hard it is to reject harmful beliefs and make the other changes necessary to transform your life. But I also know it's possible, especially with support from someone who has done it and helped other people do it. And I know it's worth the effort.
